Frequently Asked Questions
STEP 1 — Go to Your Team
1. Sign into the app.
2. Tap Team Related.
3. Tap My Teams.
4. Select the team you want to manage.
STEP 2 — Open Team Admin
5. Tap the Admin button (top-right).
6. Tap Manage Members.
From here you can:
• Promote members to Admin
• Change Admins back to Member
• Approve pending members
• Remove members
STEP 3 — Send an Invite
7. Tap the + button (top-right).
8. Enter the email address.
9. Select Member or Admin.
10. Tap Send.
The app sends an email with a six-digit team code.
STEP 4 — How the Invited Person Joins
1. Open the app (or download it).
2. Tap Join a Team.
3. Enter the six-digit code.
4. They are now added to your team.
STEP 1 — Navigate to Your Team
1. Log into the application.
2. Tap Team Related.
3. Tap My Teams.
4. Select the team that will receive the test.
5. Tap the Admin button (top-right).
6. Tap Create Test.
STEP 2 — Configure the Test
1. Select the Category.
2. Enter a Test Name.
3. (Optional) Enter a Description.
4. Select the Start Date and Time.
5. Select the End Date and Time.
6. Choose Difficulty levels:
• Beginner
• Intermediate
• Advanced
(You may select one, two, or all.)
7. Choose the Question Source:
• Team Only
• Public Only
• Team + Public
STEP 3 — Choose How Questions Are Selected
Option A — App Builds the Test
• Enter the target number of questions.
• Tap Save Questions.
• The app builds the test automatically.
Option B — Select My Own Questions
• Tap Next.
• Proceed to audience selection.
• You will manually choose questions.
STEP 4 — Choose Who Takes the Test
Teams:
• The selected team is automatically checked.
• Other teams you admin will be listed.
• If Include Admin is checked, admins receive the test.
• If unchecked, only members receive the test.
Individual Members:
• Tap Individual Members.
• All members are pre-selected.
• Deselect anyone you do not want assigned.
If selecting your own questions:
• Tap Save Audience and Next: Go to Questions.
If app-built:
• Tap Save Questions.
STEP 5 — Selecting Your Own Questions (if applicable)
• Questions are grouped by Scenario/Topic.
• Tap a title to expand.
• Select the questions you want.
• Totals update as you select.
• Tap the eye icon to review selected questions.
When finished:
• Tap Save Questions to Test.
STEP 6 — Completion
• The test is created.
• Emails are automatically sent to selected members.
• You may tap Review to verify or Done to finish.
STEP 1 — Navigate to Your Team
1. Sign into the app.
2. From the homepage, tap Team Related.
3. Tap My Teams.
4. Select your team.
5. Tap Admin.
6. Tap Create Topic.
STEP 2 — Select or Create a Topic (Scenario)
1. Choose a Category.
2. (Optional) Check Team-Only Question if this should only be visible to your team.
3. If Team-Only is selected, choose the team you administer.
4. Tap the Topic box.
5. If the topic/scenario does not exist, tap Add Scenario → Add New Scenario.
• This scenario will be created specifically for your team (if team-only is selected).
STEP 3 — Enter the Question
1. Enter the question text in: What are you asking the member?
2. (Optional) Enter an external media URL if applicable.
3. Select the Question Level:
• Beginner
• Intermediate
• Advanced
STEP 4 — Add Answer Options
• You must provide at least three answer options.
• There must be at least:
- One Best answer
- Two Wrong answers
OR
- One Best, one Good, and one Wrong
• Mark each answer as Best, Good, or Wrong.
• You may optionally enter an explanation for why the answer is correct or incorrect.
Note: You can enter answers in any order.
The app will automatically randomize the answer order for members during the test.
STEP 5 — Save
• Tap Save Question.
• The question will be entered into the database.
If the question is Team-Only:
• It is automatically approved.
If the question is Public:
• It is submitted to the software company for approval before becoming public.
